Fall Fruit Creamy Salad: Mexican Fruit Salad Recipe

Aria Shark will show you how to make a delicious fall fruit salad that’s extra creamy and holiday-perfect. Sweet, crunchy, and velvety smooth — it’s always the star of the party. Guests can’t stop talking about how creamy, sweet, and downright yummy it is.

INGREDIENTS

#1 SMILE & HAVE FUN 😁

  • 6 apples 🍎 (any variety you love)
  • 1 cup baby carrots (8 oz) 🥕
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup walnuts (crushed) OR pecans (crushed)
  • 1 ½ cups sour cream
  • 1 can condensed milk (La Lechera is my favorite ❤️)
  • Small edible leaves (optional, for fall decoration)

RECIPE [Click for Video 🎥]

Step 1: Prep the Apples

  • Cut 6 apples into very small squares and add them to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Shred the Carrots

  • Blend or grate the baby carrots until finely shredded.

Step 3: Crush the Nuts

  • Place ½ cup walnuts (or pecans) in a Ziploc bag.
  • Crush with a mug until broken down into small, soft pieces. (No big chunks — we want crunch, not toothaches!)

Step 4: Mix the Good Stuff

  • Add the shredded carrots, crushed nuts, and ½ cup raisins to your bowl of apples.
  • Stir everything together for about a minute.

Step 5: Make It Creamy

  • Add 1 ½ cups sour cream.
  • Pour in 1 can of condensed milk (La Lechera).
  • Gently fold with a spatula, making sure every piece of fruit is coated in that dreamy creamy sweetness.

Step 6: Decorate & Serve

  • Top with small edible leaves for a festive fall look.
  • Chill until ready to serve, or enjoy right away if you can’t wait.

The Sweetest Fall Tradition 🍂

This creamy fruit salad with La Lechera is crunchy, sweet, creamy, and festive — basically fall in a bowl. It’s the perfect holiday side dish or dessert, and the kind of recipe that gets passed around the family table year after year.

Happy Fall & Happy Feasting! 🍁
