Please note that because all orders are personalized and made especially for you, we have a NO REFUND & CANCELLATION policy once your order has started. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out—we’ll be happy to work with you. :)
Order Mistakes
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all personalization details (names, messages, words, characters, signs, accents, or any other personalization request) are correct and free of typos. We will create your product exactly as requested.
If a customer makes a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, NO CHANGES, REFUNDS, OR CANCELLATIONS can be made.
Shipping Delays
Please understand that we have NO control over USPS, UPS, or FedEx delays, and we cannot issue refunds for late or lost packages caused by shipping carriers.
Free shipping does not include insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items caused by the shipping carrier. For insurance coverage, upgraded shipping options are available. Please see our Shipping Policy for details on upgrades and priority shipping estimates.
