Refund Policy

Please note that because orders are personalized and made specifically for you, we have a NO REFUND & CANCELLATIONS policy once your order has started. However, if there is anything wrong with your order, please contact us and we will work with you. :)

 

Order Mistakes

It is the customer’s 100% responsibility to ensure all personalization details (names, messages, words, characters, signs, accents, or any personalization request) are correct and free of typos. We will create your product exactly as requested.

If a customer makes a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, NO CHANGES, REFUNDS, OR CANCELLATIONS can be made.

 

Shipping Delays

Please understand that we have NO control over USPS, UPS, or FedEx delays, and we cannot issue refunds for late or lost packages due to shipping carriers.

Free shipping does not include insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items

Processing Times

Please allow time for us to personalize your order before it ships. Most orders take about 2–3+ business days to process, but this may vary depending on the product. Processing times are listed under the product description. Processing may take longer during the holiday season.

 

Free Shipping Over $35

Free shipping is available on orders over $35 and may ship via USPS Ground, USPS First Class Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage depending on size and weight. Please allow 3–6 business days for shipping.

Free shipping does not include insurance, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

How Do I Add Personalization/Name to My Order?

Please add personalization (example: name) in the “Add Personalization” box on the product page. You are also welcome to email us directly for special requests or questions.
